I am private pay practice only and I do not partner with insurance companies. Payment is due at the time of service.  I accept all major credit cards, cash, check, Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and, Venmo as payment. Although I do not accept insurance, I am glad to provide you with an invoice for paid sessions with billable codes for you to self-submit to your insurer for possible reimbursement. You’ll need to check with your insurance to see their terms.

I reserve a small number of appointments, offered at a reduced cost/sliding scale. Please contact me with questions and consideration prior to your appointment.

As part of this, the Good Faith Estimate (GFE) provides a clear, upfront cost estimate for services. This helps ensure transparency and allows you to anticipate your healthcare expenses without surprises. Please ask me for more information on a GFE.
